Las Vegas Casino Games
|
BME's Casino Games are a great choice for your special events or theme party. Our head casino dealer will provide paper play money to you, the host, which in turn will be passed out in equal amounts ($10,000 is good) to all your guests. Your guests would then trade their paper play money for chips as they begin to play at their favorite table. As the last hand is announced, your guests can begin to turn in their chips to any dealer which in turn will provide the player with ... A) A voucher (we provide) which will state their "play-money" earnings. You can end your evening with a grand prize (or several door prizes) going to the highest bidder... it's best to only allow one voucher per bid. | Or (B) A double-sided raffle ticket will be given to your guests for each $5,000 of chips turned in. Guests will then keep one side of ticket and put the other side into a door prize container. A raffle give every- one a better shot at winning. NOTE: All Casino games are strictly for fun only! All dealers are accustomed to helping guide and/or teach your guests these games. THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REAL MONEY ALLOWED ON ANY TABLES AT ANY TIME. Client or facility must provide chairs for tables. |

Pacific Islanders
|
The Polynesian Show takes you to
the islands of the South Pacific
for an exciting and colorful visit.
As the drum beats out the tropical
rhythms on the toere, the dancers
in bright grass skirts and large
headdresses move to the fast oteas
of Tahiti. The Hawaiian dancers
use uli uli, ipu, fire coconuts
and puilli to the music of the
islands. Our Polynesian "mama" will dance among the audience to hand out beautiful leis and our comic hulas make everyone laugh. The Pacific Islanders always include audience participation with grass skirts for the audience volunteers. The |
show includes Maori dances from
New Zealand, with warriors and
their spears and girls doing the
exciting poi ball dances. From Samoa comes the slap dance and the famous Samoan fire knife dance. Not only does our dancer use the fire knife, but he stands in a fire pot at the same time! Our dancers have performed in show in many of the major hotels in Corpus Christi, San Antonio and South Padre. They have also taught at many seminars and danced in Arkansas, Seattle, Portland, Oklahoma City, as well as Hawaii and Mexico. |

It's The Music They'll Remember!
All The planning is now behind you.
You've made the walk down the aisle,
proclaimed your love for one another
and exchanged those glistening bands
of gold. Congratulations, you are
now man and wife! Now its time to
kick back, unwind, forget all the
stress and celebrate your marriage
at your reception. What To Expect. First, the photographer will want to take a few pictures at the church or wedding site. He knows you're excited and anxious to get to the reception, so, he will get your photos taken as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality. After that, its off to be greeted by family and friends who have come together for your wedding day. Don't be surprised to receive an enthusiastic welcome as your BME DJ/Master of Ceremonies announces your grand entrance. This is one of the announcements that a Blue Moon Entertainment DJ enjoys most. Usually, once the bride and groom have arrived; the DJ will announce that the buffet is ready to be served. During this time he will play pretty dinner music as your guests are eating. For the next few hours it will be his job to lead the festivities, play the music that is so important to you and your guests, and keep your reception running smoothly. Music is, in fact, the most important and memorable part of a reception. Reception guests seldom remember the meal or even the cake, but they almost always remember the music, especially if the DJ does a good job. BME's DJs are know for their professionalism and courtesy in their approach to each and every wedding entrusted to them. Who Coordinates The Reception? The main reason couples choose a BME DJ is that the selection of music our DJs can play spans across all ages and tastes. But aside from the music, your BME DJ will also act as your Master Of Ceremonies to help maintain the proper flow during the reception. He will coordinate with your photo- grapher to get all the right pictures for your wedding album, with the caterer to announce your buffet, etc. So while you might be considering hiring a BME Wedding DJ just for the music, please remember to consult with him a few weeks before your "big day" to discuss the desired order of events, such as the cutting of the cake, the toast, and the bouquet and garter toss. If your DJ is to intro- duce your wedding party to your guests, it's important that he know how to pronounce all names correctly. The Right Music Mix. Having a DJ you can trust to handle all of the emcee duties is important, but where BME DJ's really shine is in their ability to reach your guests and get them out on the dance floor. As a general rule, your guests won't dance until the bride and groom have had their first dance together as "husband and wife." |
This is usually followed with a
dance for the bride and her
father and a dance for the groom
and his mother. If any other
special dances are in order,
they would be done next. In
most cases your DJ will kick off
the dance portion of the recep-
tion right after the special
dances. This will get your
guests up on the floor so they
won't feel left out. Other
festivities may take place later
at appropriate times during the
reception. You should keep all
guests in mind when planning
those extra "special" events. Special Events. BME will coordinate the special events or dances that you may desire for your guests enjoy- ment. Our DJs have extensive experience in planning such events with each couple's desires in mind. We will provide all of the specialty songs such as "YMCA," the "Chicken Dance," the "Hokey Pokey," the "Macarena," the "Cotton-Eyed Joe," the "Electric Slide," etc. for your guests enjoyment. Just let us know what kind of atmosphere to set for your guests and we'll do it without a glitch. Proper plan- ning for your wedding reception should also include giving your DJ a guideline of the types of music (rock, soul, country, tejano, big band, jazz, oldies, etc.) that you prefer. Please keep in my mind that you want all of your guests to be satisfied. BME's Wedding DJs always carry a very diverse selection of music with them to all receptions to be prepared for any requests from your guests. However, as profes- sionals, our DJs will not play music deemed inappropriate for a wedding reception unless specifically instructed to do so by the bride and groom, after all, you are the boss. You won't want to have to deal with such requests (or be put on the spot by a guest) during your reception, so discuss the music you don't want to be played with your DJ in advance. Enjoy Yourself! All too often newlyweds are rushed through their wedding day from beginning to end. This rush is usually due to improper planning of the day's events. The simple fact that you've taken the time to read this bit of information can be a big plus in your favor. Plan, plan, plan. BME can recommend associates in every field when it comes to planning your day. We want to help make this special time in your lives as perfect as possible. Thank you for considering Blue Moon Entertainment for your special event. |
